The prices in the clothing mall are determined by adding the price of the mesh with the price of the texture, or MESH+TEXTURE=TOTAL. Here's how it works:

  • Mesh designer creates a mesh (we'll call it Mesh1)
  • They want to get paid 5 Rays every time an outfit that uses that mesh is sold
  • They upload the mesh at 5 Rays
  • Texture designer creates a texture (we'll call it TextureA) for that mesh
  • Texture designer wants to make 3 Rays each time the outfit that uses that texture is sold 
  • Texture designer adds an item to the mall using Mesh1 and TextureA
  • Mall price is 8 Rays: price of Mesh1 (5) + Price of TextureA (3)
