REFUND

I joined this place back in August and have complained about this company taking money out of my account when I filed a ticket to have it canceled back in August. How do I get my money back?! Another transaction was taken out this morning and I want it back!! I do not want to explore different measures to get my money back from you guys, so please refund me.
